How We Make Mirror Glass
- Cutting & cleaning - Float glass is cut to size or shape, edge-worked, then thoroughly washed and polished.
- Silvering / coating - A silver or aluminum reflective layer is deposited on the spotless glass surface.
- Paint protection - Copper layer plus multiple paint coats are applied to seal and protect the reflective coating.
- QC & packing - Reflectivity, coating adhesion and appearance are inspected, then mirrors are packed with foam protection.

What is the difference between silver and aluminum mirrors?
Silver mirrors offer the highest reflectivity (90%+) and the truest color - the standard for bathrooms and furniture. Aluminum mirrors are more economical and popular for decorative and industrial use.
Are your mirrors suitable for humid bathroom environments?
Yes. Our multi-layer paint backing fully seals the silver coating, preventing the black edge corrosion that cheap mirrors develop in humid rooms. A protective edge sealant is also available.
Can you cut mirrors into custom shapes and bevel the edges?
Absolutely. We produce round, oval, arched and fully custom shapes from your drawings, with polished or beveled edges from 5mm to 40mm bevel width.
